I have extensive experience documenting processes and workflows for organizations. Depending on the goals and intended audience, there are varying depths of documentation that may be required. One area I specialize in is digging in to understand the nitty gritty nuances of complex processes, then simplifying them in a way that make them more palatable for cross-functional teams.
